I got a bone to pick!

As you all know, many Americans have experience disaster due to hurricane Katrina and Rita. I am very happy to see many people lending a helping hand. However, I am somewhat disappointed in the reaction I have seen in many Christians (or at least they call themselves one). I have heard them say that this is God’s punishment on a sinful society or maybe it will teach them a lesson. My question is, maybe the hurricane victims are not the ones being tested here. Maybe God is testing Christians to see if they will get off their judgmental butts long enough to lend a helping hand in the name of the Lord. It’s just a thought.

    That is really true. In my speech class we are doing speeches intitled ” Are we in the last days” I wanted to get your opioion on it. Do you think that we are in the last days?

    I will admit that several of the hints left for us in Revelations and other books of the bible seem to be fufilled. However, Mark 13:32 tells us that only “The Father” will know when the second coming is. Jesus doens’t even know so I won’t pretend to. I think all Christians should live everyday like it could be the last so that we have a heart that is broken for lost people. We should fear anyone being “Left Behind”.
